We are going to some friends' house tonight for supper and then (hopefully Emma will be okay with this) we'll stay for the 10 pm city fireworks. We will take her pack 'n play "just in case". There is a parade at 4 pm, too, but we'll see how Emma's nap schedule is for the afternoon. I'm the one that wants to go to the parade, though! Oh, and we have big plans to swim in our backyard pool (Emma calls it a "coo") this afternoon.
