K fed Emma her breakfast while I snoozed in bed for 15 extra minutes. He gave Emma her bath and changed (all!) her diapers today. He made lunch and stayed home with her this afternoon while I went to Target to browse for an hour. (I did manage to spend some money, too) This is a snapshot of Emma helping K fix the fridge...
Now don't get me wrong, I love being a mama. I was still a mama today, but I got a little break from the dirty, daily stuff. I was free to play with Emma - which was fun. I love her giggle.
Today was a much needed vacation from the daily grind which can wear this mama down and make her forget how much fun it is to be a mama!

P.S. Make sure she doesn't unscrew that belly button or her rear end will fall off.
Well, I don't know the technical stuff (even though K did explain it to me...I forgot already) but the door was sticking when we'd try to open it. Something was wrong with the top of the fridge - on the door hinge thing.
