Recipe reading

I love to "read" cookbooks. Especially church cookbooks. I think it's because I love to find recipes that I could make if I wanted to. I don't read the ones that are really long or have lots of ingredients. And I spend the most time in the dessert section. Unless I'm looking for a specific type of recipe. And, oddly enough, I can usually remember where I've found a recipe from in the past. I can't remember important stuff, but I can remember that. On that note, I will be sharing a recipe tomorrow. I'm not sure what for, but it will probably be a dessert!

Sounds like me. I love to read recipes and can remember things like that.

I've taken to checking out recipe books from the library to read--things I'll probably never make, but fun to think about. One of my librarians told me very few people check out cookbooks at my branch. More for me!!
