This and that

While all 3 kids are sleeping I thought I'd quick update everyone on us. We are doing fine. Getting settled in and all that. The boys are getting huge. I mean huge. They are even bigger than Emma was at this age, I think. Or maybe I just forgot how big her thighs were. I love their big thighs. Check out the size of Samuel's arm. So cute!

Michael has started rolling over both ways. Mostly he just rolls onto his tummy. They are both sort of laughing. Not a belly laugh, but they make a ha ha sound sometimes. They are not sleeping through the night yet. They still get up to eat once. That's a big bummer. I love my sleep, but at least K and I rotate nights.

Emma loves, loves, loves her brothers. Here she is with Michael.

Emma...well, we've tried giving her wheat again (she was? allergic...she'd break out in hives) and she seems to be doing fine with it. But it took a long time to show up originally, so I'm not 100% sure we're past it yet. She still makes me laugh every day. The other day, she squeezed my extra skin/fat on my tummy and told me "I like your tummy". That makes one of us. Our pastor has been preaching on giving others grace. I realized that I have not been giving my children (especially Emma) very much grace.

I've been doing a lot more Christmas shopping online this year. It's kinda fun, but addicting. And I do not like paying shipping. But it's a lot harder shopping with 3 kids. So I'm doing some of each.

We went to the park today and enjoyed the nice weather. We also went to the library. I wasn't sure about taking 2 infants into the quiet library, but they did fine. Emma was the loud one. When she couldn't see me she thought I'd left her there. She was very sad about it. It's a smaller library, but the town we moved to is smaller, so I'm not sure what I expected. I haven't been to a library in years. I checked out some decorating books for myself. We'll see about that.

Better go fold the laundry!
