People Watchin'

Do you ever people watch? I love to do it, but I'm kinda chicken of what people would do if they saw me watching! I watch my neighbors. Just one particular family. They have a son who just graduated from high school and he has a girlfriend with a red car. She is over there all the time. I just want to tell her to spend more time with her friends while she can.

See, it kind of reminds me of myself in high school. I had the standard boyfriend (who I did not intend to marry, so why was I dating him?!! Why?!) and we spent a lot of time together. Which means I missed out on a lot time with my wonderful girlfriends. I grieve over that missed time. My friends and I had a lot of fun back in the day. Good, mostly clean fun. Usually. We were always laughing at something. We would make home videos and oh my did we think they were funny. We would "spy" on the guys playing hockey from the nearby playground. We would spend hours at the swimming pool. What did you do for fun in your high school days?
